Returns Policy
At Mind The Spice, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. 

How to Initiate a Return:
Contact our customer service team at support@mindthespice.co.uk to notify them of your intention to return an item.
Clearly state the reason for the return and provide your order number.
We will provide you with a returns address and instructions for packaging and shipping the item back to us.
What is eligible for a return:
Items must be in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as when received. 
Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery. 

What is not eligible for a return:
Personalized or custom-made products
Items damaged due to misuse or neglect
Items that are not in their original packaging 

Return Shipping Costs:
For returns due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

 

Processing Refunds:
Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 3 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

If the return is due to a product defect or error on our part, we will need photos/videos with the defect/error and then we can innitiate the refund.
